NAPPANEE - Donald L. Ryman, 90, of 23329 U.S. 6E, Nappanee, died at 5 p.m. Dec. 19, 2007, in Lakeland Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, Milford.
He was born Nov. 12, 1917, in Kosciusko County, to Guy and Goldie Zentz Ryman. On Sept. 17, 1938, in Goshen, he married Maxine E. Gaut, who survives.
A lifetime area resident, he retired from Bremen Foundry.
Also surviving are a daughter, Sharon (and spouse Ralph) Wakely, Nappanee; a son, Larry E. (and spouse Janice) Ryman, Milford; six grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers and a great-grandson.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee, with Gil Reed officiating. Burial will be in Union Center Cemetery.
