SYRACUSE – Donald L. Meyer, 75, North Webster, passed away April 10, 2014, in Miller’s Merry Manor, Syracuse. He was born Dec. 17, 1938, in Hamler, Ohio, to Arnold and Amelia Schwiebert Meyer. On Jan. 29, 1960, he married Dawn Beer, who survives in North Webster. He worked as a superintendent at B.F. Goodrich for several years before joining Syracuse Rubber, where he retired in 1999. Also surviving are a daughter, Reva (and spouse Jim) Hatfield, Auburn; three brothers: Larry (and spouse Janet) Meyer, Glendale, Ky.; Ken (and spouse Shirley) Meyer, Deshler, Ohio; and Gary (and spouse Sandi) Meyer, Cocoa, Fla. He was preceded in death by a brother. No services are planned.
