Donald Kollmann, 83, of Warsaw, passed away at 9:30 a.m. July 10, 2013, in Mason Health and Rehab, Warsaw. He was born May 20, 1930, in Indianapolis, to Frank L. and Viola Overhiser Kollmann. On Feb. 13, 2013, in Warsaw, he married Tammy Schultz Pozorski, who survives. He moved to Warsaw in 1962, where he was former president of Kosciusko County Collection and manager of Kosciusko County Reporting. He then owned Northern Indiana Recovery and AAA Vehicle Lockout Service, Warsaw. He also drove vans for Explorer Van for several years to various places for transport. He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of American Legion Post 49 and Moose Lodge, both in Warsaw. Also surviving are a stepdaughter, Crystal Marsillett, Warsaw; two grandchildren, Trinity and Logan, Warsaw; a brother, Richard (and spouse Ollie) Kollmann, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; a sister, Dorothy Weaver, Indianapolis; three nephews, Keith and Kevin Kollmann and Larry Weaver; and a niece, Catherine Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents; a niece, Karen Green; and his best friend, Charlie Johnson. No calling or services are planned. A private burial will be at a later date in Oakwood Cemetery, Legion Circle, Warsaw.
