NORTH MANCHESTER – Donald E. Willoughby, 81, North Manchester, died April 8, 2016, at Timbercrest Healthcare Center, North Manchester. He was born April 6, 1935, in Harrisburg, Pa., to William A. and Lilian Falkenstein Willoughby. On Aug. 22, 1958, in Vienna, Austria, he married Marie A. Hoover, who survives. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Timbercrest Chapel, North Manchester, with Pastor Karen Eberly officiating. A memorial service and burial of ashes will be at a later date at Worship Walkway of the Marilla Church of the Brethren, rural Copemish, Mich. Calling is one hour prior to services Sunday at the chapel.
