NAPPANEE - Donald E. Frenger, 84, of Greencroft Nursing Center, Goshen, and formerly of Nappanee, died at 9:15 a.m. Jan. 16, 2008, in Goshen General Hospital.
He was born Nov. 14, 1923, in Stumptown, near Nappanee, to Mervin G. and Goldie Fox Frenger.
A lifetime area resident, he was a Nappanee High School graduate and attended Brethren in Christ Church. He was a type setter at Evangel Press, Nappanee.
Surviving are a sister, Dorothy Brumbaugh, Goshen. He was preceded in death by a brother, Harold J. Frenger.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Brethren in Christ Church, Nappanee. Burial will be in Union Center Cemetery.
Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee, and one hour prior to the service Saturday at the church.
