Donald D. Henline, 76, Huntington, passed away at 2:08 a.m. Sept. 28, 2013, at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home. He was born Sept. 21, 1937, in Sturgis, Mich., to Harley M. and Luestra Rice Henline. On Dec. 14, 1958, in Huntington, he married his belove wife of 42 years, Margaret Joe Walters, who preceded him in death Oct. 18, 2001. He was a business owner and operator of Don Henline Towing. He graduated from Huntington High School in 1955. He was a member of Etna Avenue Wesleyan Church, past vice president of Huntington Jaycees, and former member of Andrews Lions Club and Isaac Walton League. He enjoyed camping and spending time with family and friends. His family was his life. He is survived by two children, Judy Elaine (and spouse Gary) Snider, Huntington, and Jerry Lynn (and spouse Betty) Henline, Warsaw; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a brother, Harley “Sonny” Henline, Huntington. He also was preceded in death by his parents and his stepmother, Ruth Ellet Henline. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Etna Avenue Wesleyan Church with Pastor Tom Bradley officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory.
