Donald A. Loubert, 85, Warsaw, passed away at 11:21 p.m. Jan. 18, 2015, in his residence. He was born Dec. 13, 1929, in Saginaw, Mich., to James A. and Catherine Schisser Loubert. On Aug. 13, 1949, in Saginaw, he married Julia Patricia Gardiner, who preceded him in death Aug. 16, 2006. He worked as a manager of the chicken house for Creighton Brothers for 14 years. Surviving are seven children: James A., Donna Rae and Matthew Loubert, all of Warsaw; Mary Louise West, Monticello, Ky.; Donald and Lee J. Loubert, both of Lansing, Mich.; and Lorie Shepherd, Fleming, Colo.; two brothers: Michael Loubert, Midland, Mich., and Jerry Loubert, Florida; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He also was preceded in death by eight brothers and two sisters. There are no services or visitation planned.
