LEGAL NOTICE – Indiana Department of Natural Resources The Indiana Department of Natural Resources will host a public meeting to discuss gypsy moth infestations near Disko, Pierceton, and Warsaw, Indiana. The public meeting is open to residents and persons near the proposed treatment area and any interested individuals. The comment period on the proposed treatment ends March 6, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. (EST). Comments may be submitted in email to DEPP@dnr.IN.gov, or mailed to Gypsy Moth 2014, Indiana Department of Natural Resources, Division of Entomology & Plant Pathology, 402 West Washington Street, Room W290, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Comments must include the city, specific site, name of commenter, mailing address, and personal contact information such as email, or telephone. All comments made at the meeting and received by March 6th will be addressed in the final environmental assessment.
