LEGAL NOTICE – Department of Natural Resources The Indiana Department of Natural Resources will host a series of public meetings to discuss gypsy moth infestations in northern Indiana. The public meetings are open to residents and persons near proposed treatment areas. The comment period on these proposed treatments begins Jan. 31, 2012, and ends Feb. 27, 2012 at 4 p.m. (EST). Comments may be submitted in writing to mailto:DEPP@dnr.IN.gov, or Gypsy Moth 2012, Division of Entomology & Plant Pathology, 402 West Washington, Room W-290, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Comments must include the city, specific site, name of commenter, mailing address, and personal contact information such as email, or telephone. Comments made at the meetings, and received in writing, will be addressed in the final environmental assessment.
