Notice of all application for a permit from the Department Of Natural Resources to conduct a training exercise on public waters The Law Enforcement Division of the Department of Natural Resource, who's address is 402 W. Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204 has applied under IC 14-15-7-3 and 310 lAC 2.1-3 for a permit to conduct training exercises on Lake Wawasee. The training exercises will be used to instruct Conservation Officers and Sheriff's Department Marine Patrol Officers how to operated boats in an emergency situation. The exercise will be conducted from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on May 18, 19, 21 and May 23-27, 2011, including alternate rain dates. An interest person may do either or both of the following: (A) File a petition with the central office of the division requesting an informal hearing. The petition must be signed by at least 25 individuals who are at least 18 years old and who reside in Kosciusko County. (A hearing under this clause is governed by 312 lAC 3.) (B) Request the division to notify the person in writing when an initial determination is made to issue or deny the permit. Following the receipt of notice under this clause, the person may request administrative review by the DNR Commission, under IC 4-21.5 and 312 lAC 3, of the initial determination. a30
