NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES TO CONDUCT A RECREATIONAL EVENT ON PUBLIC WATERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Robert A. Hudson Gallery of Fine Art, Inc., whose address is 803 E. Canal St., Winona Lake IN 46590, has applied to the Division of Law Enforcement of the Department of Natural Resource under IC 14-15-7-3 and 310 IAC 2.1-3 for a permit to conduct a recreational event on Winona Lake. The recreational event requested in the application is a Regatta: and will be conducted from 10:00 A.M. thru 6:00 P.M. May 16th and 17th 2009. Also from 10:00 A.M thru 6:00 P.M. at the Village at Winona. September 19th and 20th, 2009. An interested person may do either or both of the following: (A) File a petition with the central office of the division requesting an informal hearing that is signed by at least twenty five (25) individuals, who are at least 18 years old and who reside in Kosciusko County, A hearing under this clause is governed by 312 IAC 3. (B) Request the Division to notify the person in writing when an initial determination is made to issue or deny the permit. Following the receipt of notice under this clause, the person may request administrative review by the commission, under I.C. 4-21/5 and 312 IAC 3, of the initial determination.
