Dixie L. Hoffer, 69, of 3176 W. CR 100S, Warsaw, died at 10:20 a.m. Feb. 16, 2010, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
She was born Nov. 27, 1940, in Wilmot, to Charles and Maxine Ulrey Scott. Aug. 28, 1984, in Louisville, Ky., she married David Hoffer, who survives.
A lifetime Kosciusko County resident, she was a beautician in the Warsaw and North Webster areas.
Also surviving are a daughter, Vikki (and spouse Sam) Shaw, Leesburg; a son, Scott (and spouse Melanie) Mickley, Kimmel; two stepdaughters, Leah May and Brita (and spouse Travis) Greer, all of Warsaw; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw, with Pastor Scott Nieveen officiating. Burial will be in Leesburg Cemetery.
