PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Michael J. Kabala Jr, by counsel, has filed a Verified Petition for Dissolution of Marriage in the St. Joseph Circuit Court and has requested a final hearing on said Petition.
A Hearing on Husband’s Petition for Dissolution has been scheduled for the 12th d ay of March 2024 at 10:00 am, which is more than thirty (30) days after the third notice of publication. The Hearing will be heard in the St. Joseph Circuit Court located at 101 S Main St. South Bend, IN 46601.
If you wish to be heard on this matter, you must appear for the hearing noted above. In the event that you do not appear at said hearing, the petition may be heard and decided by the court in your absence.
