NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR DISPOSAL OF REAL PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of Warsaw, Indiana, will hold a public hearing on disposal of real property. The hearing will be held on the 6th day of October, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. at the Council Chambers in the City Hall, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana. The real property is described as Kosciusko County, Indiana, Parcel ID 004-043-274, 004-043-273, with addresses of 302,308,310 South Buffalo St., Warsaw, Indiana, 46580. Written suggestions or objections to the provisions of said disposal may be filed with the City of Warsaw Office of the Clerk-Treasurer before such hearing and will be heard by the Common Council at the time and place specified. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as may be necessary. Interested bidders may submit bids to the Clerk-Treasures office as of 8:00 a.m. October 7th and will continue from day to day until 4:00 p.m. on October 13th. All bids will be open to public inspection. A bid submitted by a trust (as defined in IC 30-4-1-1 (a)) must identify each beneficiary of the trust and if the settlor is empowered to revoke or modify the trust. The property may not be sold to a person who is ineligible under IC 36-1-11-16.
