NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, to each interested party in the estate of Robert S. Taylor, that:
1. The petition of Timothy A. Taylor, for an order determining heirship in the estate of Robert S. Taylor will be heard by this Court on March 12, 2021 at 8:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in this Court, located at 121 N Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana.
2. Any person who wishes to prove that he or she is an heir, or has a claim through an heir, of Robert S. Taylor, deceased, must appear at the time and place described above and present his or her proof.
3. Following the hearing, and on the basis of evidence presented at it, the court will enter an order determining the heirs of Robert S. Taylor and their respective interests in his estate.
