Warsaw City Police Department officials have released the name of a man who fell off his second story balcony Monday night at 11:13 p.m.
Harvey Clutter, 57, 477 Clinic Court, Warsaw, fell from his second story balcony at Eastgate Apartments on the city's east side. Public Information Officer Lt. Kip Shuter said that Clutter had reported to maintenance that the railing at his apartment was loose. Shuter also said that in order for Clutter to open the door he had to lean on the railing. In an attempt to open the door to his home the railing broke and he fell.
Clutter was transported to Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, in unknown condition. Multi Township EMS and the Warsaw Fire Department responded to the scene.
The condition of Clutter was not available at press time.
