SYRACUSE - Dennie Rehborg, 66, of Syracuse, died at 9:05 a.m. Oct. 27, 2009, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
He was born March 6, 1943, in Gary, to Earl and Mildred Klukas Rehborg. He married Marcelle Ann Lindzy, who died March 25, 1997.
He was a carpenter, a member of the Carpenters Union 599 and served in the U.S. Navy.
Surviving are a son, Michael (and spouse Devonda) Rehborg, Syracuse; a daughter, Pamela J. Winterrowd, Warsaw; six grandchildren: Camille, Kyla, Sabrina, Chaz, Ivy and Haley; and a sister, Carol (and spouse Dave) Teeter, Merrillville. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home, Harris Chapel, 7458 E. CR 1000N, Syracuse, with Pastor Brad Cox officiating and with a military service. Burial will be private.
Calling is one hour prior to the service Friday at the funeral home.
