Myong S. Demorales, 51, pleaded guilty to four counts of prostitution and bribery Thursday.
Demorales was the owner of the VIP - The Office Spa in Warsaw. The business was the focus of an undercover investigation by the Warsaw Police Department for more than two years.
Judge Rex Reed is expected to reach a decision on a plea deal Demorales made Aug. 23.
While being investigated by WPD, Demorales paid thousands of dollars in bribes to undercover police officers. Demorales was bribing the officers for notification of inspections after a new city ordinance involving massage parlors was passed.
During the WPD's sting, an employee of Demorales offered to perform a sex act on an undercover officer.
