NOTICE OF PUBLIC BIDS TO RUBEN RADZIMINSKI AND ALSO TO ANY AND ALL OWNERS OR HOLDERS OF ANY INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 29 EMS B74 LANE, WARSAW, INDIANA 46582 STATE OF INDIANA ss: COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO Pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-9-1 et seq., as adopted by Kosciusko County Ordinance 11-11-22-001, Ruben Radziminski was ordered on June 2, 2015 to demolish and remove the unsafe building located on real property situate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, which real property is commonly known as 29 EMS B74 Lane, Warsaw, Indiana 46582, and legally described as follows: Lot Numbered 8 in Jamison’s Addition to Lakeview Park, Little Barbee Lake, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 403D, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. That the said order was affirmed by the hearing authority on July 16, 2015, but that the order was not complied with, and that, accordingly, a contract is to be let at public bid to a contractor with all necessary licensing and legal qualifications and who is bonded to accomplish work to comply with the order. That the work to be completed is the demolition and removal of the unsafe building (and including all outbuildings) located at 29 EMS B74 Lane, Warsaw, Indiana, 46582, including pumping and filling of any septic tank and/or drywell and grading and seeding, but excluding removal of concrete slab foundations. All garbage and debris must be removed from the premises. Both the bid price of the contractor who accomplishes the work and an amount representing a reasonable estimate of the cost incurred by the enforcement authority in processing the matter of the unsafe premises may, if not paid, be placed on the tax duplicate of the affected property as a special assessment or be recorded after a hearing as a lien against all persons having a fee interest, life estate interest, or equitable interest of a contract purchaser in the unsafe premises. Sealed bids will be received by the Kosciusko County Health Department, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, until 3:00 PM prevailing local time on the 27th day of August, 2015. All bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Kosciusko Courthouse at 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, on 27th day of August, 2015, at 3:00 PM, in the Old Courtroom located on the Second Floor.
