ROCHESTER – Delores Ionia Grossman, 81, of Argos, died at 11:50 p.m. Sept. 11, 2012, in Woodlawn Hospital, Rochester.
She was born July 31, 1931, in Tippecanoe, to Oran “Buddy” and Hazel Vanlue Miller. On July 23, 1950, she married Dale E. Grossman, who died March 2, 2005.
Surviving are four daughters: Kandi S. (and spouse Kevin) Dunham, Argos; Pamela K. (and spouse Paul) Buesking, Kokomo; Robin L (and spouse David) Reichard, Warsaw; and Jodi A. Grossman (and companion Joe Mitchell), Indianapolis; two sons, Bruce A. (and spouse Joanne) Grossman, Jamestown, and Roger D. (and spouse Holly) Grossman, Winona Lake; and 12 grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by a daughter, a sister and two brothers.
Services will be at noon Saturday at Tippecanoe Community Church with the Revs. Douglas Fritzel and Rod Ruberg officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Argos.
Calling is from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to the service Saturday at the church.
