WABASH — Delores A. Harris, 80, Wabash, passed away at 3:40 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 19, 2017, at Miller's Merry Manor North, Wabash.
She was born April 19, 1937, in Anderson, to the late William and Isabel Griese.
Delores married Jack R. Harris on Nov. 14, 1961; he passed away March 5, 2013.
She worked at HIZ Inc. in Wabash and was a longtime member of the North Wesleyan Church.
She is survived by sons, Jack C. (Thania Colgrove) Harris, Warsaw, and Cecil W. Harris, North Manchester; daughter, Malinda A. (Cris) Mattern, Wabash; sisters, Martha Combs, Wabash, and Bonnie Bullins, Warsaw; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Along with her parents and husband, Delores was preceded in death by daughters, Julie Harris and Angela Oaks; daughter-in-law, Jessica Harris; nine brothers; and four sisters.
Funeral services are at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 22, at McDonald Funeral Home, 231 Falls Ave., Wabash, with Pastor Joseph Kelley and Pastor Tim Witte officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Lawns Cemetery.
