He was born Dec. 5, 1952, in Matewan W.Va., the son of James and Alta Blankenship Estep. On July 3, 1971, Delmar married Mary Wadkins Estep in Warsaw.
Funeral services are at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 8 at McHatton Sadler Funeral Chapel, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw, with visitation Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7 in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Mentone Cemetery.
