Boy, it sure is good to hear from Tommy "Jihad" Morehouse again. What's it been, Jihad, four years since you threatened physical and legal violence against politicians if they didn't vote down that evil Daylight Saving Bill? Good to see you still have your priorities straight. How'd that work out for ya by the way? Are your clocks off by an hour or do they just flash 12:00?
I have an idea. Why don't you write a bunch of rambling letters with nonsensical one-liners about how you're going to put on your spurs and beat my dead horse and all politicians are liars ... and then write a couple more about how you're a great American and I messed with the wrong guy and have your friends sign them and send them in to the Times-Union in your defense. It worked real well for you last time!
That's sarcasm, by the way, kind of like the "whales" line in my last letter.
Actually, I am glad you called me out. I think the readers could use a little levity in their evening reading instead of the usual political drivel.
I'll sit anxiously on pins and needles waiting for your reply.
