Debra Ann MillerSYRACUSE – Debra Ann Miller, 64, Manchester, Mich., formerly of Syracuse, died Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2021, at her home.
She was born Aug. 11, 1957, in Elkhart, to Charles “Bud” and Alice Witte Miller.
Visitation will be from 3 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 9 at Owen family Funeral Home, Syracuse. Memorial services will follow at 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 9 in the funeral home with Pastor John Hickey of the Lutheran Church in Goshen officiating. Burial will follow in the Syracuse Cemetery.
