Deborah Miller, 72, Syracuse, died Feb. 17, 2026, at Goshen Hospital.
She was born Aug. 29, 1953, to Gean Ringler and Doris Ringler-Endland-Blackport. She married Harvey "J.R." Miller Jr. on May 4, 1996; he survives.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Titus Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Syracuse. Her Life Celebration Visitation will take place Monday, Feb. 23 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be Tuesday, Feb. 24 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Harold Gingrich officiating. Burial will follow to Syracuse Cemetery.
