ROCHESTER — Deborah L. Lebo, 58, Rochester, was surrounded by her family when she passed away at 1:20 a.m. Jan. 17, 2017, at Woodlawn Hospital, following a battle with cancer. She was born Oct. 13, 1958, in Muncie, to Robert and Shirley Mills Romine.
