A 23-year old Warsaw woman's death is under investigation and believed to be methadone related.
At 10:20 a.m. Sunday, Warsaw Police and Fire departments, along with Multi-Township EMS, responded to an apartment at 600 N. Lake St., Warsaw after receiving a call about an unresponsive woman.
CPR was initiated and the woman, identified as Khyrsta Nichole Dove, 23, was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
WPD and the Kosciusko County Coroner's office are investigating the death.
Police said they believe the death may be methadone related. An autopsy is scheduled at the Northeast Indiana Forensic Center in Fort Wayne.
