Dean Allen Stewart, 52, Winona Lake, died at 12:48 p.m. Monday, Sept. 18, 2017, in Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, Fort Wayne. He was born April 18, 1965, in Syracuse, N.Y., to John and Judy Ann Gave Stewart, who survive in Winona Lake. He was a machine operator at Egg Innovations and attended Warsaw Community Church.
