SYRACUSE – Dawn M. Reeves, 42, of Syracuse, died at 7:10 a.m. Nov. 6, 2012, in her residence. She was born Jan. 16, 1970, in Indianapolis, to Pamela Sue Hawkins Bailey. She grew up in Indianapolis and graduated from Ben Davis High School. She moved to the Kosciusko County area 15 years ago from Indianapolis. She was preceded in death by her parents.
