SYRACUSE – Dawn Hickman, 81, Pierceton, passed away Aug. 2, 2015, at Parkview Whitley Hospital. She was born Jan. 2, 1934, in Wilmot, to Clarence and Cora Morehead Hickman. She was a lifelong area resident. She was a retired registered nurse. She was a former member of the North Webster United Methodist Church. Survivors are: her daughter, Heather (and spouse Todd) Thompson, Vicksburg, Mich.; a granddaughter, Brianna Wines; three grandsons, Christian Wines and Logan and Corbin Thompson. She was preceded in death by three sisters and four brothers. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Eastlund Funeral Home, Syracuse, with Pastor Byron Kaiser officiating.
