Dawn E. Perkins, 37, of Silver Lake, died at 1:05 p.m. July 2, 2012, in her residence.
She was born Feb. 24, 1975, in Allentown, Pa., to George Rauf and Lois Werkheiser Farrington. On May 17, 2007, in Plymouth, she married Tommy Perkins, who survives.
She was a homemaker and a Kosciusko County resident since 1993. She attended Grace College and Seminary, Winona Lake.
Also surviving are two sons, Jackson and Curtis, at home; and her father, George Rauf, Pittsburgh, Pa.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Pleasant View Bible Church, Warsaw, with Pastor Ryan Petgren officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant view Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is from noon to 1 p.m. at the church.
