David A. Susaraba, 45, Warsaw, passed away June 7, 2014, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. He was born Aug. 30, 1968, in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., to Nicholas Sr. and Shirley Coleman Susaraba. On Sept. 10, 1994, in Warsaw, he married Jodi L. Schuh, who survives in Warsaw. He was a Warsaw resident since 1974. He was a model maker specialist for Depuy Synthes Orthopaedics with 27 years of service. He was a member of First Christian Church, Warsaw. He enjoyed buying toys for children hospitalized in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, while he was a patient himself. Also surviving are a daughter, Hannah Susaraba, Warsaw; mother, Shirley Murphy, Warsaw; three brothers: Nicholas Jr. (and spouse Penny) Susaraba, Silver Lake; Timothy Susaraba, Ohio; and John (and spouse Kathy) Susaraba, Warsaw; a sister, Mitzie (and spouse Tim) Hensen, Warsaw, and stepmother, Marilyn Susaraba, Sebring, Fla. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Rebekah Lyn Susaraba; his father, and stepfather, Charlie Murphy. Services will be noon Saturday in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Pastor Jon Henbree officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
