NORTH WEBSTER – Daphne J. Yoh, 70, of Leesburg, passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at her home.

She was born on March 3, 1951, in Portland, to Gilbert T. and Helen Joyce Aukerman Hartup.

She graduated in 1969 from Wawasee High School in Syracuse, attended Indiana University in Fort Wayne and lived most of her life in the North Webster/Leesburg area. She was married on March 28, 1998, in North Webster, to Harold B. Yoh, who preceded her on May 23, 2020. She retired as a daycare worker in Warsaw and North Webster for 28 years. She formerly worked at Pic A Spot Campground in Warsaw and Epworth Forest Conference Center in North Webster.

She was a member of the United Methodist in North Webster.

She is survived by two sisters: Ronda (Jo Schaaf) Hartup, of North Webster; and Debra (Bill Girard) Williams, of South Dakota; brother, Bruce Hartup, of Leesburg; stepdaughter-in-law, Amanda Yoh, of Silver Lake; five stepgrandchildren;  11 stepgreat-grandchildren; special “adopted” daughter, Joni Bodkin Zeigler, of Columbia City; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; stepdaughter, Annette Farris; two stepsons, Norman and Toby Yoh; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. Ind. 15, Warsaw. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, March 29 at Owen Family Funeral Home, Ind. 13 and CR 500N, North Webster. Memorial services will follow on Monday in the funeral home with Pastor Byron Kaiser officiating.
