NORTH MANCHESTER - Daniel W. Woods, 55, of North Manchester, died at 10:36 p.m. July 26, 2009, in Wabash County Hospital.
He was born Oct. 1, 1953, in Wabash, to Robert F. and Maxyne Erlandson Woods.
He was customer service manager at Ford Meter Box, Wabash, since 1976, and part owner and manager of Gregory Thomas Corp. He was a member of Manchester Church of the Brethren and served on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Surviving are two daughters, Whitney and Paige Woods, both of North Manchester; and two sisters, Meri Garno, Ocala, Fla., and Christi (and spouse Ron) Karg, North Manchester. He was preceded in death by two brothers.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Manchester Church of the Brethren, with Pastors Kurt Borgmann and J.P. Freeman officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester.
Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester.
