SYRACUSE - Daniel E. May, 58, of Pierceton, died March 24, 2011, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
He was born Dec. 29, 1952, in Knox, to Joseph and Mary Cottrell May. On June 12, 1998, he married Billie Jo Stidams, who survives.
He retired from Dana after 27 years of service.
Also surviving are two daughters, Elizabeth May and Angie May; two sons, Tim May and Daniel Jr. (and spouse Terasa) May; six grandchildren; two sisters, Deborah Mullin and Yvonne Kubiszewski; a stepsister, Chris Ducret; five brothers: Gordon, Roger, Barry and Joseph May Jr. and Ted Fiolek. He was preceded in death by a son.
Services will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at Eastlund Funeral Home, 7458 E. CR 1000N, Syracuse.
Calling is from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
