NORTH MANCHESTER — Dale E. Kelsey, 88, North Manchester, died at 7:17 a.m. Sept. 26, 2017, at Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home, Fort Wayne.
He was born April 10, 1929, in Fort Wayne, to Paul David and Dorothy L. Oliver Kelsey. He married Doris M. Fingerle on July 5, 1951. She survives.
His funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at McKee Mortuary, 1401 Ind. 114W, North Manchester. Pastor J.P. Freeman and Pastor Eddie Akins will officiate. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester.
Calling will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary.
