FORT WAYNE - D. David Miller, 61, died Nov. 23, 2009, in Fort Wayne.
He was born in Van Wert, Ohio, to Donald R. and Agnes Miller. He married Michelle Heynssens, who survives.
He was an executive chef and a U.S. Navy Vietnam veteran.
Also surviving are a daughter, Erin (and spouse T.J.) Holbrook, Auburn; a son, Nathan Miller, Warsaw; two sisters, Holly (and spouse Jerry) Snyder, East Jordan, Mich., and Sharyn (and spouse Larry) Harmeyer, Fort Wayne; and two brothers, Michael (and spouse Karen) Miller, Albion, and Tom (and Marnie Jordon) Miller, Fort Wayne. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Charlie Miller.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, with the Rev. Don Wirgau officiating.
Calling is from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to the service Saturday at the funeral home.
