Cynthia L. Mullins, 60, Cromwell, passed away Oct. 9, 2014, at her home. She was born Oct. 7, 1954, in Warsaw, to Robert and Deloris Hogan Maggart. On Aug. 15, 1973, she married Rex Mullins, who survives in Cromwell. She was a pharmacy tech at CVS for 39 years. She was a member of the Shiloh Baptist Church in Ligonier. She was most of all a very loving wife, mother and grandmother. Also surviving are her parents; a son, Chris (and spouse Tracy) Mullins, Kendallville; a daughter, Amie (and spouse Nick) Beckham, Cromwell; four grandchildren: Griffin, Mason, Graden and Maddox; a brother, Mark (and spouse Lisa) Maggart, Cromwell; two sisters, Sandy (and spouse Cecil) Gonzalez, New Paris; Lisa (and spouse Kevin) Sawyer, Cromwell; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Shiloh Baptist Church, with Pastor Jimmy Shepherd officiating. Burial will follow at the Syracuse Cemetery.
