Crossroads Bank announced the promotion of Trey Weber to vice president, leasing officer.
Weber joined Crossroads Bank in August 2015 as a part-time teller in South Whitley and has advanced through a variety of roles, including full-time teller, assistant branch manager in Columbia City, and positions within commercial credit and leasing. He was promoted to leasing analyst officer in 2023 and assistant vice president, leasing officer in 2025.
In his most recent role, Weber has supported the growth of the bank’s leasing portfolio.
“I'm grateful for the opportunities Crossroads Bank has provided throughout my career and thankful for the trust placed in me over the years. I look forward to continuing to grow our leasing division while helping support our customers and communities for years to come,” said Weber.
