He left the house and shortly after called the victim, telling her, “I’m going to burn the house down with everyone inside of it.”
Buell spoke with a 15-year-old witness who confirmed Garman pushed the victim when she and Garman were arguing.
The teen also said that on July 17, Garman hit the victim in the mouth. After hitting her, Garman left the house and then called and threatened the teen.
Buell spoke with another witness who confirmed the victim’s and teen’s account of the incident.
On July 26, a warrant for Garman’s arrest was ordered, with a $5,000 surety bond and $250 cash bond.
