A Cromwell man is charged with criminal deviant conduct and child molesting after allegedly fondling a 3-year-old girl.
Larry Alan Blade, 39, of 11797 N. Pied Piper Parkway, was arrested Thursday and released from custody after posting a $5,000 bond.
Court documents indicate that the child's mother found Blade and her daughter naked at his house on Oct. 17. She reported the incident to police and also took the child to a local hospital to be examined.
