This week’s crime of the week comes from the files of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department. On Dec. 1, Compass Court Trailer Park, 8540 S. CR 425W, Silver Lake, reported several trailer broken into. Between Nov. 24 and the date reported, an unknown suspect(s) forcibly gained entry into several mobile homes and storage sheds. Once entry was made, most of the trailers were ransacked, with copper tubing removed and some electronics stolen. No estimation of value was reported on damages or missing property.
