A two-car collision Tuesday northeast of Warsaw resulted in two fatalities.

Thomas Scott, 19, Warsaw, and a passenger in his vehicle, Justin Letsch, 21, Warsaw, were pronounced dead after Scott's car hit a van driven by Korrina Horn, Warsaw, head-on. The accident occurred at 5:05 p.m. on CR 475E, south of CR 450N.
