MILFORD -ÊExcessive speed may have caused a single-car crash that took the life of a Milford man early Saturday morning.
Thomas C. Kistler, 39, of Milford, suffered severe head injuries and was pronounced dead by the Kosciusko County Coroner's Office at the scene of the accident.
Around 6:30 a.m. Saturday, Kistler was driving a 2001 gray Chrysler on Orn Road, near Pinkerton Road near Milford. Police believe Kistler lost control while trying to negotiate a curve.
His car reportedly hit an embankment then a utility pole before rolling over on its top during the crash.
The Koscisuko County Sheriff's Department investigated the incident.
