Amy N. Miller, 29, of 770 S. Ind. 19, Akron, died at approximately 6:38 a.m. Saturday of injuries suffered in a traffic accident, according to a Fulton County Sheriff's Department spokesman today.
The accident occurred at CR 400E and Ind. 14.
Miller failed to yield, according to the spokesman, and her car collided with a pickup, driven by Larry W. Hamilton, 31, East CR 200N, Rochester.
Police said Hamilton did not report any injuries.
