NORTH WEBSTER - Scott E. Carr, 33, Rockford, Ohio, died Sunday from injuries suffered in a truck-motorcycle collision on Saturday.
The driver of the truck, Rick J. Swope, 38, of North Webster, was turning left onto CR 500N from Ind. 13 when his pickup truck was struck near the bed on the passenger's side by Carr's motorcycle.
Swope was traveling south on Ind. 13 and Carr was headed north.
Carr was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital in critical condition and was immediately airlifted to Parkview Memorial Hospital, Fort Wayne. He suffered severe head and chest injuries.
Carr was not wearing a helmet.
Kosciusko County Sheriff's Office was notified Sunday of Carr's death.
Swope was not injured in the accident.
Damage to each vehicle was estimated at $10,000-$25,000.
Assisting agencies at the scene were the North Webster Emergency Medical Services and North Webster Fire Department.
