A truck overturned and caught on fire Monday morning on Ind. 13 near North Webster. The accident occurred at 10:17 a.m. Monday south of CR 400N. The driver, Jay L. Urbin, 27, Wooster Road, Winona Lake, refused medical treatment at the scene. His passenger, Tim Holmes, Huntington, also refused treatment for injuries. Urbin told police he was driving south on Ind. 13 when a vehicle in front of him applied the brakes. Urbin's truck brakes locked and he traveled 136 feet before going off the shoulder of the road. When the truck came to rest, it overturned and then caught on fire. Damage to the truck was estimated at $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated the accident.
