Huntington St., Syracuse, will host a free CPR non-certified seminar Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m. Local resident Michael Oberg, EMS trained, will conduct the free seminar. The community is encouraged to come to observe and ask questions about cardiopulmonary resuscitation, its purpose, procedure and effectiveness.
