n Hollar T.L. Brandon, 100660 CR 500N, Milford, convicted originally for non-support of a dependent. Fined $1, plus $364 in court costs, $200 administrative fee, sentenced to three years in jail, with two years suspended, probation. Re-convicted on probation violation. Petition to modify sentence denied.

The following misdemeanors and infractions were recently admitted and adjudged in Kosciusko Superior Court II with Judge James Jarrette presiding.
n Joseph D. Obrian, 335 Channel View Drive, Warsaw, convicted of driving while intoxicated. Fined $100, $364.50 in court costs, license suspended 90 days; sentenced to 365 days in jail, 359 days suspended, with probation for 359 days. Defendant must also submit to substance abuse evaluation.
n Angel K. Armey, 716 S. Lakeside Drive, Syracuse, convicted of possession of marijuana. Fined $100, plus $164 in court costs, $200 drug abuse fee, $336 in court-appointed attorney fee; sentenced to 365 days in jail, suspended upon condition county is reimbursed for cost of court-appointed lawyer.
n Brian M. Slusarczyk, Beacher, Ill., convicted of possession of marijuana. Fined $100 plus $364 in court costs.
n Joseph Amendola, Frankfort, Ill., convicted of speeding. Fined $12 plus $114.50 in court costs.
