• Communitywide Federal Credit Union recently was awarded judgments against the following parties for the amounts listed plus interest and costs: Bryan S. Stamper, $11,633.30; Crystal Clutter, $7,026.76; Kurt J. Kralis, $6,828.93.
• Countrywide Home Loans Inc. v. Shari L. Hunt. Plaintiff awarded $60,536.54 plus interest and costs and mortgage foreclosed.
• North Central Cooperative Inc. v. John Burnau d/b/a Pierceton Rubber Products. Plaintiff awarded $7,111.27 plus interest and costs.
Marriage Dissolutions
The following dissolutions were finalized on the dates indicated:
• Polly Ann Minier and Timothy Calvin Minear, divorced March 8, 2007. The mother is awarded primary physical custody of one minor child with the father paying $269.50 weekly support.
• Shane Wallace and Gretchen Wallace, divorced March 9, 2007. The mother is awarded primary physical custody of one minor child.
• Lynn Allen Umber and Erin Umber, divorced March 9, 2007. There are no minor children.
